If you believe you have received a product with a quality defect, you must initiate the exchange process within 15 days of the delivery date. Beyond this timeframe, exchanges will not be processed.

Quality Defect Verification:

Our team will carefully review the provided photographs and description to verify the quality defect. Please ensure that the images clearly depict the issue for a smooth and efficient process.

Exchange Approval:

Upon verification of the quality defect, we will notify you of the approval of the exchange. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange, including shipping the defective product back to us.

Product Return:

You will be responsible for securely packaging the defective product and sending it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return reaches us safely. Shipping costs for the return will be borne by you.

Exchange Processing:

Once we receive the defective product and verify the issue, we will process the exchange. You will be provided with a replacement product of the same style and size, subject to availability. If the exact product is not available, we will offer an alternative or provide store credit of equal value.
